Dr. Kauffman graduated from North Central College and Loyola University School of Dentistry, followed by a GPR at Reynolds Army Hospital at Ft. Sill, Okla., and active duty in the USADC. He served as the editor of the Georgia Dental Association publication, GDAction, and received recognition as an honorable fellow of the Georgia Dental Association.
Dr. Kauffman has been honored with fellowship in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He is a member of the Thomas P. Hinman Dental Society, and an associate member of the American Academy of Periodontology. He has extensive experience in CEREC CAD/CAM dentistry and the diagnosis and treatment of complex non-resolving chronic sinus disease.
