When using the 4.2 software, you will see a new feature called Buccal Bite Tools. I cannot stress this enough IGNORE THIS TOOL.
The only time you will use this is if you are doing an abutment AND you are using a ScanPost. You can watch this video to learn the difference between the ScanPost and a TiBase HERE The ScanPost is so tall that it will interfere with the patient's occlusion. Buccal Bite Tools allow you to delete the ScanPost from the calculation of the occlusion. 99% of the time however, it is not needed. Ideally, this would only come up if in Administration, the user selects Abutment Design and they are using a ScanPost to image. However since this tool pops up every single time, it has the potential to cause confusion amongst users.
