When it says the CEREC restoration doesn't fit, don't always listen!!

Occasionally the software will give you a warning that the restoration does not fit within the block.
If this occurs but it looks like the case above where there is room but the sprue will be short, go ahead an mill the case. What you will see is the entire crown structure will mill but it won’t cut the restoration off of the mandrel.
But the entire restoration is milled you just have to take a small diamond wheel and remove the sprue area and then contour accordingly.

The bridge can also be placed in the porcelain furnace, preferably at the holding temp for the e.max fast cycle, and it will separate from the mandrel in a few minutes.
