CDOCS a SPEAR Company

First MT Anterior case this AM Really like this block

7-10 PFMs in place for 25 years with recurrent decay.  Pt happy with the existing size and shape. I wanted to thin out and create a little more anatomy. After biocopy of originals I grouped and utilized incisal variation. Design took probably 10 minutes.  These are MT A1 blocks.  Really think this block is a nice alternative for the front teeth.  This was completed today.  I will see him back in 2 weeks for finals

Beautiful result.

An awesome result that you make sound so simple.

Just a side discussion,  how would you treat #22?

John,  I knew someone would pick up the canines. This patient has generalized wear, class 2,  chews like a cow would. The existing anterior crowns have been in for 20 plus years with no wear with decent smile line. Most posterior teeth are flat and restored with crowns. Our next appointment is to place minimal composite on all 4 canines and try to create a very little guidance. See how he does.  This is my typical I won't wear a guard patient.

Really beautiful result Mike. What a huge improvement.

Solid!   call me

Very nice case, Michael.

Excellent Michael.

He must be ecstatic.

Great care and beautiful work

Great work!

Thanks for sharing,

Nice work!  Did you temp and bring him back or all in one visit?  If one visit, how long did it take?

Knocked that one out of the park! Looks great! Thanks for sharing.

Nice work. Great presentation. Good photos.  I'd show those off to every patient in the practice

Michael,

Great case. Can't wait to see the healed finals.

Tom

Very nice Michael. You might have just volunteered to speak about anterior work at the next study club.

This was done in the AM.  Started at 8am.  Finished about 12:30.  Pt left for about 1.5 hours while I milled, stained and glazed.

Great job. You must have had fun doing it!

VERY VERY NICE job!

Any details on the glazing and characterization?

I love when they are happy with size and shape.  It makes these amongst our easiest restorations, that look super difficult to do.  Esthetic result is great, the production result is not too shabby either!  Great work, happy new year!  Happy Scanning......Jamie

Beautiful result! Beautiful smile!

Great job!!!

Gorgeous case!
