copy and mirror Primescan
I like that, too, especially the structure and texture. Done manually after milling or did the „copy and mirror“ do that job to a big degree for you already?
Did you do a rct and a post with core build-up or just a composite build-up?
Trilux is not in my portfolio yet. I would have done this with e.max LT probably and have struggled with the shading and staining.
I hate auto correct. Let’s try again...
What do you see here that makes you choose triluxe forte rather than triluxe?
And do you tend to pick one shade lighter? I will say that if I choose the exact shade it’s too dark.

all the texture was done by hand after the mill. The copy and mirror did a good job with the shape. There was not rct or post... just composite buildup. There was tons of healthy tooth on the lingual

I generally use Trilux, but used Forte in this instance due to the extra chroma on the cervical. I always choose one shade lighter... I had to tone this down quite a bit. I bet the staining and glazing took close to 10 min
I love Triluxe and Triluxe forte....my patients are generally older so they blend in nicely. The only time they don't is if I have to match an existing PFM!
Your usual amazing work Mike.
Your comment about choosing 1 shade lighter has saved my butt so many times....you can always work with something too light, but you can rarely recover from too dark.
Beutimus Mike! Just curious if you bonded or cemented this case. Looks like a lot of vertical goin on.....Also was this stained intraorally?
