Fundamentals of Clear Aligner Therapy (CO1)
| 13 CE Credits Prerequisites: NoneAttendees will participate in an engaging and informative overview of orthodontics. We will revisit the salient aspects of orthodontic tooth movement, occlusion, diagnosis, and treatment planning as it pertains to the restorative dental practice.
The course will also begin to introduce aligner therapy and the SureSmile® Aligner system to help the restorative dentist better understand how to best leverage aligner therapy in the restorative practice environment as well as when it is optimal to refer to an orthodontic specialist.
A hands-on workshop will include setup of the SureSmile® Aligner account, review of the important tools, initial case workup, and understanding of patient management.
Participants are required to bring a laptop to this workshop.
It is strongly recommended that our Orthodontics courses are taken in order and BOTH LEVELS 1 AND 2 ARE TAKEN AT THE SAME TIME FOR CONTINUITY IN THOUGHT AND FLOW. This course is typically offered two days prior to Clear Aligner Attachment/IPR course, and this is why we encourage participants to attend the courses back-to-back as part of our Training to Treatment in 4 Days program.
Staff seating is limited and on a first come, first serve basis.
